Thank you for your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, package, and labels attached. All sales are final once items are installed, worn, colored, used, etc. & it’s non-refundable.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at onlineorders@Get Body weave services@gmail.com to obtain confirmation. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your order#, name on order, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We also recommended
REFUNDS 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  ● Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  ● Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
  ● If your item is undeliverable and physically returns to us, you will automatically receive a refund minus all shipping fees and a 15{3acf27513e26a805b1864700d003c98be00a901dbb44ca9c68d940ef5a767624} restocking fee, if you choose to still receive your order you will have to pay additional shipping fees.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
 Get Body Weave Services reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc.,
Similarly, Get Body Weave Services reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Excessive Returns
Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a #Get-body Weave Babes return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a #Get Body Weave Services Babe, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all customers across the globe.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Unfortunately, We can NOT cancel any orders before they have been shipped. If you provide a P.O. Box address your order will be cancelled and a $10 cancellation fee will be applied.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS BEFORE IT SHIPS?
NO ADDRESS CAN BE CHANGED.
Please be aware that for security reasons, Get Body Weave Services does not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed.
We do not ship to P.O. BOXES!
